The template is open source. There is no trial, no seat limit and nothing held back. The version we deploy for paying practices is the same one you can clone.
We are finishing the template before opening the repository. Email hello@simplesurgery.co.uk and we will tell you the moment it is public.
How it works

Clone the repository
Fork it on GitHub, or download it and push it to your own repository. The code is yours.

Deploy it
One click to Vercel, Netlify or Cloudflare. A practice site fits comfortably inside every free tier.

Add two settings
A password for your admin panel, and a free Upstash Redis database so your edits are saved. Both take about two minutes.

Fill in your details
Sign in at /admin and work through the sections. Everything is already written to NHS England guidance, so you are mostly replacing names and numbers.

Point your domain at it
Your existing nhs.uk address keeps working. Nothing changes for patients.
