How long does it take?

Your website and password arrive within seconds of paying, and you can start editing immediately. Content migration, domain connection and final go-live are normally finished within a week.

Are we tied in?

No. Cancel whenever you like. The code is open source, so you can take the site and host it yourself.

Can we keep our domain?

Yes. We point your existing nhs.uk or co.uk address at the new site. Nothing changes for patients.

Who can edit it?

Anyone at the practice with the password. There is no per user charge and no limit on edits.

You can download a complete restorable copy of your website at any time from the admin panel. Independent scheduled backups are not currently included, which we set out in full on our security page.

Four details, then payment. Your starter website and editing access are created within seconds. Moving your existing content, connecting your domain and going live normally take up to a week.

Your ODS code. It is on your NHS profile page, and it becomes your website address until you connect your own.

Secure payment through Stripe. We never see your card details. Your website is created automatically as soon as the payment clears, usually within a few seconds.
